1. The Value Added Tax (VAT) is not included in the prices.
2. The quoted prices are INDICATIVE ONLY and include the printing of your LOGO in one colour / one side. Do not hesitate to contact us for further information or clarification.

For Engraving, Embroidery, Digital Printing, there will be an additional charge (unless already included in the quoted prices) according to your logo, the selected item and the quantity.

4. The preparation of simple designs and films for printing are charged separately, ranging from £10 / €17.09 to £50 / €85.43 depending on the complexity of the design and the object selected.
5. Delivery: For all ex-stock objects the delivery is within 7 days from the date of approval of the final films for printing.
6. Orders are executed only upon receipt of your signed instructions. 7. The company reserves the right to deliver 10% (+-) of the quantities ordered.
8. The company reserves the right to change the prices without prior notification.
9. Payment: 30% payment on order and the balance upon delivery.
10. In case you wish to send your designs by e-mail (sapo-antonis@thunderworx.com) or on floppy disk or CD, please use Corel Draw (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator 10 (.ai), eps. Other acceptable software od PC formats are JPEG, Photoshop 6, Acrobat Reader 6 (.pdf). Please note that the designs must be OUTLINE and with the different colours separated (see note 4 above).
11. MINIMUM acceptable order for printed objects is CY £80.00 / €136.69. For orders less than this amount there will be an additional charge of CY £8.00 / €13.67 per order.
12. RETAIL SALES (Per 1pc): Additional 25% on the first column of quoted price of each item +VAT.

NOTE: The company accepts responsibility for the correct fulfillment if any order provided the order is given (a) either direct to the company's representatives or to its approved collaborators / associates and (b) the relevant sales order form is issued and properly signed.
